Requests and Approvals

Recording FWA in Umoja

As FWA requires careful planning and preparation efforts, staff members are encouraged to utilize the various tools and platforms available to support virtual collaboration. Umoja is the enterprise application allowing for secure external access to staff members. Recording your FWA option in Umoja in advance is the most reliable means of communicating with not only your supervisor/first reporting officer but also other members of your team. Updating Umoja informs your team of your whereabouts as well as provides the UN with valuable data on FWA utilization. The data is useful in determining how to better enhance FWA.
