Arabic Conversation I

This course continues to train students to communicate effectively in an Arabic speaking environment and understand the cultural context of Arabic-speaking people. It is designed to help students attain proficiency in participating in topics related to daily activities and personal interests. It trains them on how to initiate, sustain semi-complicated communicative exchange, and to satisfy personal needs and social demands to survive in an Arabic speaking setting. Upon completion, students should be able to comprehend and respond with grammatical accuracy to spoken Arabic and demonstrate cultural awareness.
The prerequisite for this course is level 2.
