Resilience is the ability to cope with adversity and adapt well to challenges or change. In this module, participants will learn several techniques for relaxation, including Mindfulness (LMS-1659).

This course will reinforce the principles of Performance management, namely, work planning , ongoing feedback, a midpoint review and an end-of-year appraisal against agreed upon expectations. At the end of this training you will be able to develop strategies to increase your accountability vis-à-vis performance management, develop work unit goals in terms of SMART criteria following a goal-writing formula, conduct collaborative meetings with staff members at midpoint review and end-of-year appraisal, provide feedback to staff members and engage in dialogue on an on-going basis and deal with under performers in a constructive manner(LMS-1659).
