Promoting dignity and respect in the workplace
Everyone working for the UN has a responsibility to help create and protect the right work culture. One of civility and respect. One in which we constructively address workplace issues so that we prevent, or if it occurs, respond well to prohibited conduct.
United to Respect enables us all to do this well, so all are strongly encouraged to:
-
Complete the mandatory course: United to Respect: Preventing Sexual Harassment and other Prohibited Conduct.
Register as a staff member via Inspira or as non-staff / external learner. -
Explore the Toolkit to find resources and advice to help you at any time as well as the policy we all must apply, ST/SGB/2019/8.
Find below links to both in multiple languages. -
Sign up for an upcoming United to Respect Dialogues, as organized by your entity's learning or HR team and co-led by certified trainers.
Know someone who would be ideal to co-lead these Dialogues as a Conduct & Discipline expert and/or Facilitator (maybe you)?
Discuss with your supervisor and submit nominations here.
