The Mid-Point Performance Review

This mini workshop offers staff and managers suggestions about how to use the midpoint review as an opportunity to assess the progress of a staff member’s workplan and to make any updates to it that might be necessary (LMS-1095).

Learn how to use the midpoint review as an opportunity to assess the progress of a staff member's work plan; Practice how to use the midpoint review as a means to provide ongoing feedback, address recognition for good performance as well as performance issues.
