Management Development Programme - Part II

The MDP is a mandatory programme for P4/P5 staff members that provides participants the skills to support “system coherence” and enhance communication, manage change, develop people and teams, and deliver organizational results (LMS-1523).

Duration: 
3.5 days module 1 and 2.5 days module 2 (with a 3 months intercession period)
Audience: 
Designed for managers at the P4/P5 level of responsibility
Objectives: 
This programme focuses on their ability to draw more fully on talents of their staff; effectively lead reform efforts; collaborate and network for organizational results; increase understanding of their own leadership style and areas for growth; increase authenticity and effectiveness as managers and leaders.
