Have you had your performance conversation?

Effective performance management is a key process for managing the talent in our Organization and the effective delivery of our mandates.

It is important that managers lead by example in encouraging a meaningful and timely performance conversation with between managers and staff. End of cycle discussions are a great opportunity to reflect on and acknowledge the work that was done, as well as to look ahead to the new cycle. For staff members, the self-evaluation is an opportunity to highlight work-related achievements and any development activities that were completed.

The deadline for completing all performance evaluations for the 2015/16 cycle is 30 June 2016. If you have not already done so, it is now time to schedule end-of-cycle discussions.
