Arabic Media I

Media I course is designed to meet the increasing demands of the learners of Arabic to access the Arabic media and to be able to use their language potentials to get the news from the most renowned Arabic sources (like CNN, BBC, France 24, Al Jazeera Arabic) . The syllabus is tailored for beginners and students will be exposed to the basic skills of reading the Arabic media and will familiar with the terms and expressions used in the simple news articles.
The prerequisite for this course is level 4.

Objectives: 
It aims at helping Arabic language learners to practice the four basic language skills ( reading, writing, listening, and speaking) through the studying of authentic Arabic media materials, while familiarizing learners with the Arab culture all over the Arab world.
