What's new in the HR Handbook

The updates to the HR Handbook as at 15 March 2016 have been posted at https://hr.un.org/handbook/source. Below is a list of the changes for your reference:

ST/AI/2016/1 -  Staff selection and managed mobility system 
ST/AI/2001/7/Rev.2 - Managed Reassignment Programme for staff in the Professional category at the P-2 level recruited through the national competitive examination, the General Service to Professional category examination or the Young Professionals Programme
ST/IC/2016/10 -  No smoking policy at United Nations Headquarters premises
ST/IC/2016/9 -    Recording and tracking procedure for non-capitalized property
ST/IC/2016/8 -    Imposition of fees associated with the privileges and benefits provided by the Office of Foreign Missions for non-United States citizens
ST/IC/2016/7 -    Designation of duty stations for purposes of rest and recuperation
ST/IC/2016/6 -    Revised salary scales for staff in the General Service and related categories at Headquarters
ST/IC/2016/5 -    Revised base salary scales for staff in the Professional and higher categories and staff in the Field Service category
ST/IC/2016/4 -    Payment of 2015 income taxes
ST/IC/2016/2 -    Index to information circulars 
ST/IC/2016/1 -    Index to administrative issuances
