Understand the importance of the value of Respect for Diversity at the UN, as well as the business case for diversity and inclusion; Develop greater sensitivity to differences, and explore some of the ways that unconscious bias serves as a barrier to a harmonious workplace; Better understand the impact of global diversity and inclusion in day-to-day work, communications, teambuilding and problem-solving.
