Welcome to the UN Secretariat Online Learning Libraries! In this section, you can learn how you as a staff member or UN personnel can benefit from external online learning opportunities and partnerships offered by the Office of Human Resources - at no cost to you!

The following online learning libraries are available within the UN Secretariat. By selecting one of the libraries below, you can learn more about each of them, how to sign up, and curated collections and learning paths aligned with UN 2.0's "Quintet of Change" and the 2025 UN Secretariat Learning Priorities in each section below.

LinkedIn Learning Small Thumbnail

LinkedIn Learning is a leading online learning platform that helps anyone learn on-the-job business, software, technology and creative skills. All UN personnel can activate a LinkedIn Learning license as soon as they join the Organization.

Coursera small thumbnail

Coursera is a learning platform that gives access to more than 10,000 online learning courses, specializations, and professional certifications from more than 350+ leading universities and companies globally. Only UN staff members can apply to receive a Coursera license.

BlueLine small thumbnail

The United Nations System Staff College Blue Line is an online learning hub designed by the UN, and for the UN, offering courses and learning paths focused on topics and skills designed specifically for the UN workforce. All UN personnel can join the Blue Line as soon as they join the Organization.
