Performance Management Overview
  • Performance Management and Development Learning Programme for Managers and Supervisors
    OHRM has launched an online version of this mandatory programme for all managers and supervisors. It presents the key principles of performance management in the Organization, including a full review of the ePerformance cycle. It is a requirement for all staff who manage or supervise others. Its 2.5 hour online format makes it easy for managers to complete the programme at any time and from any location.

  • Performance Review Foundations
    This video-based course on Lynda.com guides you on how to performance reviews more useful and motivating and less stressful.
