As we know, UN staff’s work should be reflected through and guided by the performance management cycle – captured in the ePerformance tool in inspira. This is an important part of the Secretary-General’s vision for a more effective and accountable organization.
The most recent cycle (2016-17) ended on 31 March 2017. We are very pleased to report that 90% of staff in the global Secretariat completed their documents by the extended deadline of 31 July 2017.
The Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM) in the Department of Management is committed to assisting all staff and managers complete their performance documents in a timely fashion. Check out the HR Portal for some tips on how to leverage your performance documents into a productive exercise for you and your teams.
