Time to schedule your performance evaluation discussion

The end of the 2017-2018 performance management cycle is quickly approaching. All staff members, first reporting officers and second reporting officers are reminded that the end-of-cycle discussions and evaluations should be completed in April, and no later than 30 June 2018.

These discussions are an extension of the ongoing feedback throughout the year between staff and managers. It is the opportunity to highlight any work-related achievements, to look back to see what worked well and what needs improvement.

As one performance cycle ends, the next one begins so staff and managers are also reminded to prepare the work plan and set targets for the upcoming 2018-2019 cycle.
