CONTINUING APPOINTMENT REVIEW PROCESSThe review will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of section VI of General Assembly resolution 65/247 of 23 December 2010, Section 2 of ST/SGB/2011/9 and Section 2 of ST/AI/2012/3.
**Point Allocation: If there are more staff members eligible in the Professional and Field Service category than there are continuing appointments available, staff members will be ranked by the number of points allocated to them on the basis of performance, geographic and functional mobility, service in hardship and non-family duty stations, language proficiency and length of service. If staff members have equal numbers of points they shall be ranked on the basis of the length of service. If there are more General Service staff members eligible than there are continuing appointments available, staff members will be ranked by the number of points allocated to them on the basis of performance, functional mobility, language proficiency and length of service. If staff members have equal numbers of points they shall be ranked on the basis of the length of service.
